FRANK AMATO

Frank, a local business owner originally from Pittsburgh, PA, brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and food industry. Throughout his career, he has managed numerous high-profile and successful businesses, spanning from New York City to Charlotte, North Carolina. Now, he’s excited to apply his expertise to the day-to-day operations of Full Spectrum Community Outreach, helping to strengthen its mission and impact.
TIM BORTNER
President/Co-Founder

Tim is a local business owner who graduated from Youngstown State University in 2016, where he focused on several areas, including Graphic Design. During his time at YSU, he led YSUnity for several years and became well known for his LGBTQ+ advocacy in the
Mahoning Valley. Recognizing a gap in services for the LGBTQ+ community, Tim co-founded Full Spectrum Community Outreach to provide much-needed support and resources. When he's not managing operations at Full Spectrum, he’s busy running his own traveling carnival company, which operates across Ohio and Pennsylvania during the summer months. While graphic design and festival planning are his professions, supporting and uplifting the LGBTQ+ community remains his true passion.
MAI ALI

Mai, is a college instructor at ETI Technical college currently working on her Ph.D in Psychology. She also has degrees in Criminal Justice, Criminal Justice Administration and Education. She also has a small business traveling to pride festivals up and down the east coast for the last 15 years selling pride merch. When she is not working or studying she enjoys volunteering at LGBTQIA events and animal shelters.

KATIE CORISTON

Katie has been involved with nonprofits and volunteering since she was a young child. Katie has been with her husband Charles for 18 years and they have 3 sons who keep them very busy. She has a strong medical background as a LPN and RN for 13 years before stepping away to concentrate more on her family. In addition to helping with Full Spectrum Community Outreach, she also is a Programs Director for NAMI Mahoning Valley where she also helps with Crisis Intervention Training and public speaking. Katie enjoys cats, gardening, road trips, and organizing everything but her own house.

SARAH DUMAIRE

Sarah is a registered nurse, chemical dependency counselor, and case manager dedicated to community service and advocacy. As a founding member of a local 501(c)(3) non-profit, she has spent over a decade supporting families and children, organizing fundraisers, and helping those in need—earning recognition as a Hometown Hero by Channel 33 WYTV. Her efforts have provided scholarships, holiday assistance, and funeral support for community members, reflecting her deep commitment to making a difference. Sarah lives in Girard, Ohio, with her husband, two children—Kaleb (he/him), 14, and Kierstyn (she/her), 8—and their beloved pets. In her free time, she enjoys family activities, community events, and spending time outdoors. Raised to value kindness and inclusion, Sarah is a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and volunteers with Full Spectrum Community Outreach to help build a more inclusive and compassionate world.
REAGAN HUFF

Reagan is a Youngstown resident since 2023, originally from Fremont, Ohio. They identify as Demisexual and Biromantic and have been married to their wife since 2024. With a background in home health care supporting individuals with disabilities, Reagan brings compassion and dedication to all they do.
They share their home with a dog, two cats, and three rabbits. In addition to volunteering with Full Spectrum Community Outreach, Reagan enjoys reading, writing, and crafting in their free time.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
FAZE DUNHAM

Faze Dunham was born and raised in North Carolina and relocated to Youngstown in 2023. Faze began working with individuals with developmental disabilities, managing both staffing and care services. They are married to their loving wife, Reagan Huff, and together they share a home with their two cats, dog, three rabbits, and hermit crabs. Faze is passionate about helping others reach their fullest potential and thrive in their daily lives.
Our board and team is comprised solely of unpaid volunteers, donating their time, energy, and expertise to the LGBTQIA+ community of the Mahoning Valley.
We are currently seeking volunteers for the following positions: Housing Coordinator, Coordinator of Client Care, Outreach Coordinator, Events Coordinator, Community Engagement Coordinator, Pride Coordinator, and Fundraiser Coordinator
We are also always in need of helping hands at our events!
