Pride in the Valley was launched in 2019 as a celebration of progress and a tribute to the struggles and victories of the past. The festival aims to unite people from all walks of life while honoring those who paved the way for the freedom to celebrate openly and proudly. It creates an inclusive, welcoming environment where everyone—regardless of sexuality, gender identity, gender expression, HIV status, age, race, ethnicity, religion, or other defining factors—can feel seen, safe, and empowered. More than just a day of celebration, Pride in the Valley also serves as a vital fundraiser for Full Spectrum Community Outreach, helping to support the Center’s year-round programs and services available to the entire community.
