Tim Bortner - CEO
Tim Bortner is currently a local business owner and 2016 graduate of Youngstown State University. While at YSU he focused on many areas, one of which was Graphic Design. He worked closely with YSUnity LGBTQIA; Youngstown State University’s most visible and vocal GSA, for over 6 years holding different officer positions including President. Tim works very closely with the LGBTQIA+ population throughout the Mahoning Valley and is well known for his activism. From 2012 - 2017 he had accepted the role as the Vendor Coordinator of the annual Pride Youngstown Festival to help bring light to LGBT people and celebrate opening with community. He has kept strong relationships and networked with local LGBT friendly businesses, and allies. Tim helped to form BCC Full Spectrum Community Outreach Center because he saw a lack of services and resources for the LGBT population in the tri - county and outlying areas. While graphic design is a career for Tim, helping the LGBTQIA+ community is his passion.

Daniel Tirabassi - Director of Client Care
Daniel is a member of the transgender community who wants to use his experiences and knowledge to make the Mahoning Valley a welcoming place for all. He has studied Criminal Justice, with an emphasis on Human Services, and LGBTQ Studies at Kent State University and also holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration. He is currently employed as a Store Manager. He founded an LGBTQ student group on Kent's Trumbull campus. Since joining the organization, Daniel spends countless hours advocating, researching, and networking in order to provide the best possible services for the LGBTQIA+ community in the Mahoning Valley.
Andrew DeFratis - Marketing Coordinator
Andrew is currently Communications Director for the Alzheimer's Association, Greater East Ohio Area Chapter, managing awareness and community relations efforts across 17 counties since 2015. He has a BA in Education from the University of Akron, with additional experience in government relations and volunteer advocate management. He’s worked with a wide range of nonprofits in Akron and Cleveland, and advocates strongly that all Ohioans must have access to safe, local LGBTQIA+ resources like those offered through Full Spectrum Community Outreach.
Katie Salupo - Housing Coordinator
Katie Tringhese-Salupo is a graduate of Ursuline High School and John Carroll University where she obtained her BA in Education. She currently runs her family’s business in Youngstown. She has previously coordinated the Immigrant Assistant Volunteers in Youngstown. She is a lifelong ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and strongly believes that our area needs transitional housing that would be a safe space for LGBTQIA+ people experiencing homelessness, where their basic needs can be met.
